"Earlier in the school year in English class, I had to write a college application essay. The subject had to be on a past experience that was memorable. I took pride in writing about my experience at Revie Sorey’s football camp because it was a life pivoting experience that I will never forget. I received an A+ by the way and I wanted to share my success with the people that changed my life."
Brandon Woodhouse (Elgin, IL)

"Seeing Coach B’s cheerful face reminded me of all the fun I had in your camp. I am so thankful I had a chance to meet a guy like you [Revie] because I would never be where I am right now if it wasn’t for your camp. You have given me the once in a lifetime chance…"

"I would like to thank you for putting together the best football camp in the country! My son John Jr. has benefited from camp this year in many ways. He would not be where he is at today without your football camp - both on and off the football field!!
On the football field, John Jr. continues to move up the depth chart. John is not the biggest, fastest, or strongest player on the team. Actually he is one of the smallest. But you would not know this by the way he plays! He plays with a level of confidence and enthusiasm of a much BIGGER PLAYER. Justin has been such a great role model for John Jr. The way Justin goes out & plays BIG regardless of the circumstances, has captured John's attention. Everyday when John is at practice & they tend to exclude him due to his size, he thinks about Justin & becomes more determined to get better. Both John & I were stunned at the first scrimmage on Saturday when due to injuries, they put him in as their starting Varsity running back.
I really appreciate what you have done for my son both on & off the field."

"We wanted to write to tell you how much our son Mark
enjoyed himself the past week at your camp. More than enjoyment,
he also said he learned a lot about football and being a
person. We are very glad that Mark had the opportunity to
meet and work with you and your staff, and come home with
such a positive attitude."

"Thanks a lot for the guidance to Tarik. We strongly
believe it takes a village to raise a child (or guide a
young man into adulthood). Thanks for being a part of that
village."

"Keith attended a different camp before he came to
your camp. What a difference! At your camp, Keith came away
with positive reinforcement and didn't feel like a number.
Revie and the staff gave him individualized attention. The
friendly, family atmosphere is unique. We are very grateful
to you."

"I had a great time at camp. There were many exciting
and cherished moments. I made new friends and learned some
useful football pointers like tackling techniques, keeping
my eye on the target and footwork. It was also exciting
to meet some of the pro players at the camp, such as Russell
Maryland, Fabien Bownes, Ryan Wetnight and Mike Singletary.
I would be honored if you would invite me back next year!"
Keon Jackson (East Chicago, IN)

“My son, Justin, attended your
camp this year. He had a wonderful time and would like to
attend your camp next year. It was a great experience for
him and I was very impressed with your staff when I met
them. My son is 14 and with all the negative influences
out there it was very refreshing to hear your positives
messages. I am looking forward to seeing you next year.”
JoAnn Hermansen (Hanover Park, IL)

“Of all the camps I’ve
been to I like yours the most. I say this because of the
outstanding coaching staff, all of the fun activities and
how much I learn at camp. I think that this year was my
best year ever. I set a goal to be a top performer at camp
this year and I accomplished it!”
Ray Williams (Hamilton, OH)

"Thank you for the wonderful
opportunity to coach at your camp. I thought we had an excellent
camp and I am looking forward to next year. Words cannot
explain how Revie has changed my way of looking at life,
the way I coach football and the way I interact with kids.
I am looking forward to our upcoming season in hopes that
my kids that attended your camp will become the leaders
of the team with the skills and techniques taught by the
coaches and the pros. "

"Thank the Bears, and let
them know that what they are doing is very much appreciated.
Youngsters need to see that dreams can come true."

"As a parent I want to
thank you for providing an environment where kids can not
only learn about football but also about life. My son Justin's
first words to me on the pick-up day were 'Dad, I'm going
again next year!' "
Daniel Kaye (Minooka, IL)

"I just want to tell you
that the Revie Sorey Football Camp was the best camp I have
ever been to. I learned a whole lot of things and it was
great. I had fun learning about not only football but also
the facts of life, and that is important to a kid my age."
Joe Curalli (Carol Stream, IL) |

"Not only did your camp
improve me as a player, but as a person. I have a 4.3 grade
point, am ninth in my class, and lead my team in touchdowns
and yardage. This was due to the work ethics I learned at
your camp. Revie, you are an inspiration to me and everyone
you touch. It is people like you who help take young athletes
and shape them into mature adults. I thank you!"
Sean Samuels (Bolingbrook, IL)

“Over the past 3 years I have attended the Revie Sorey
All Pro Football Camp, and each year it gets better and
better. Throughout those 3 years I have learned a lot of
important skills from football to life, from all the pros
and counselors that gave their time to help me. Each year
I come back with more and more experience, and each year
I have more and more fun.”

"Thanks for all the time
and effort that you put into helping me. My team went 14-0
and won a 6th state title. I was the only junior to start
all 14 games. I credit you with a lot of my success."
Craig Kerins (Lansing, IL)

"We want to thank you for
the fantastic camp. As always the boys learned a lot and
so did I. This year's camp was tremendous! Donnell was great
and so were all the other coaches. Chris Zorich's talk was
one of the most inspiring I have ever heard. Not a dry eye
in the crowd. Every year the camp just gets better and better."
Jim, Joey, and Danny Haavig (Naperville, IL)

"I just wanted you to know
how much Sean enjoyed your camp. We live over an hour away,
and he talked about it all the way home. He is already looking
forward to next year's camp."

"I'm glad I got the opportunity to go to your camp.
Even though I worked hard and learned a lot, I had a lot
of fun. It was really fun to be able to work with all of
the (pro) players and campers. I have gone to the Bears
training camp before but I never realized how nice the (pro)
players and coaches are. In a few years I hope I can be
a counselor. I look forward to coming back next year."
John Washburn (Addison, IL)

"I really enjoyed the camp.
It was a great learning experience. I met a lot of new people
and I enjoyed working with the pros like Jerry. The most
fun was playing 7 on 7. It gave me the chance to test my
skills against some great players. It also allowed me to
show what I am capable of. I want to thank everyone who
helped at the camp."
Ben Faulkner (Hammond, IN)

"Thank you for the opportunity
to work at your camp. I continue to turn down other offers
for other camps because I so enjoy working with you."
Coach Bob Napolitano (Naperville North High)

"I wrote this to say thanks
for your hard work and dedication toward the camp. The camp
was fun and I am looking forward to it next year. The camp
was nice from the dorms to the field. The food was awesome
as well as the Saturday night activities."
Gregory Newell (Chicago, IL)

"Thank you so much for
the techniques you showed me. I have already used them in
my summer football. You make football for younger and older
kids fun. I am planning to attend your camp next year. I
hope that you always continue your camp so that young football
players can reach their goal of college football. Everyday
I work out like I am representing all the people at your
camp. I push myself for you, the campers, and the team."

“Mike had a great time
at this year’s camp. I wish you could have been with
him the next few days after camp. He didn’t stop talking
about how much fun he had and how much he learned. I personally
thought it was a great camp. It was run professionally and
with a lot of class. I will and have already recommended
it to a lot of players and parents. I would also like to
make mention of the staff. Each coach and staff member was
a great asset to the camp and everyone complimented each
other, something like a good football team. Mike had fun,
he learned, and he wants to attend again next year. This
tells me you are doing things right.”
Michael Somone, Sr. (Westchester, IL)

"What I remember most [about
camp] is not what I learned about football, which was
a lot, but what I learned about life and the power of
a positive attitude and the belief in one's self. The
enthusiasm which you conveyed and the message that you
brought has been something that has stuck with me all
of these years. You, Sir, are an inspiration."
Jeffrey Fraser (Green Lake WI)

“I wanted to thank the
coaches and counselors for doing a tremendous job with my
son, Kevin, at camp. I’ve coached Kevin for the past
4 years with the Naperville Youth Football League, and you
did more for his attitude and outlook on the game in 4 days
than I could ever have imagined. Kevin is already looking
forward to next year!”
Scott Jameson (Naperville, IL)

"Thank you so much for giving Drew the opportunity
to attend your camp. It was such a great experience for
him! He had never been away from home before, and as he
was going alone, I was a little concerned about him being
homesick. Nothing could have been further from the truth!
He had a terrific time. He not only learned more about
the fundamentals of football, but he learned more about
himself, and had fun doing it."
Robin Fagot (Geneva, IL)

"This was one of the best camps that I have been a
part of. I would like to thank you for having me be a part
of such a wonderful experience. When I cam aboard 3 years
ago, I had no idea what to expect. I had heard so much about
the camp and didn't know if I would fit in. But you guys
have made me and my kids feel so welcomed. I know that my
kids look forward to the camp every year. This year they
even took off work just to be a part and meet the friends
they have made throughout the years. I will be back next
year!"
Coach Mike Outten (Chicago, IL)

"I want to thank you for
the excellent program you have designed. This is the first
year my sons attended and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The interaction with the coaches, listening to the guest
speakers & players, forging new friendships & learning
new techniques has enhanced them beyond measure. I also
appreciate your focus on education - hearing this from people
they truly admire, seems to be [so] impactful. Thank you
for challenging our sons to be the best people they can
be in every sense of the word, not just athletically. I
know the hours of hard work and attention to detail that
went into this camp. Clearly this is a labor of love and
we are most appreciative."
Jean Derrico (Glen Ellyn, IL)

"Thank you for all you've done for Paul and the
other kids as far as teaching them skills and positive attitudes. The desire to do
their best is so important to kids today. He wouldn't stop talking about how much he
enjoyed working out and training with Justin, Revie, and the coaches and also about
how he had fun practicing with the other kids. Even though his football team had more
"L's" than "W's", he never let that get him down and had a great time playing anyway.
Thank you all again for being one more positive influence which makes our jobs as
parents a little easier."
Paula, John & Paul LaBarbera (Brookfield, IL)

"I am proud to say that your
football camp gave me a tremendous amount of confidence
in myself and helped me realize that dreams can come true.
After two years of hard work (at Jr. College) I received
a full scholarship to Miami of Ohio."
